Zoopy is a mobile video infotainment platform that brings you bite-sized
videos of the latest news, sports and entertainment from South Africa and
the world. All produced by us. And all made for mobile, so your phone will
love it.
We launched Zoopy on 5 March 2007, before being selected by Nokia as their Regional Imaging Partner for South Africa in December 2007. In June 2008, Zoopy received investment from Vodacom, South Africa's leading cellular network.

Chris loves coding and lives in his head. He is always happy to find interesting answers to the every-day questions that arise in the Zoopy universe and has been known to have geeky conversations with whatever he’s working on at the time – a fact he would proudly admit to if asked.

With a strong Linux server administration background, Gerhard hopes to bring scalable structure to a rapidly growing Zoopy.

Amanda's been in broadcast TV for the past 5 years and is excited to venture out into the online TV world. She plans on bringing together strong content and slick production values to make Zoopy TV a successful standard to follow when creating online TV.

With a background in video, motion graphics and design, Anton takes the visual quality of Zoopy productions to a level that keeps us at the cutting edge of new media. Used to exploring new avenues, and with experience in doing everything possible to improve the production level of video, Anton will help keep our content ahead of the curve and, most importantly, thoroughly entertaining for our viewers.

Hailing from the Eastern Cape and recently graduated from Rhodes with a Bachelor of Journalism degree, Theresa's quest to point viewers' attention to the extraordinary was recognized early in her career when she won the first SABC TV student of the year news award. A multi-skilled video journalist, Theresa's passion to produce thought provoking content promises to keep Zoopy user's informed and entertained.

Tried, tested and approved by the NMMU and an Experienced Soldier in the front line, Chris brings his skill set in video, media and graphics to the Zoopy team for the world to see... Enough said!

Stephen has worked in many parts of the film, media and entertainment world - from corporate and music videos, short films and filming live concerts. A huge fan of the possibilities that internet presents for new forms of media, he is excited to part of the Zoopy team.

Ruth has an incredible enthusiasm for short form filmmaking, which makes her the perfect fit for Zoopy. She is crazy, fun and unfalteringly focused. With her ninja production skills and off-beat personality she lives up to her moniker; Ruthless.

With his love for cinema starting at the age of 13 during a marathon movie weekend that included VHS rental titles such as “Natural Born Killers” and “Reservoir Dogs”, Aljoscha ventured into the crazy world of film making, through the avenues of film school and shooting tv shows and music videos before joining the Zoopy team.

Daniel's connection with the internet goes back a long way, and all of it within communities. From online gaming to sports leagues and forums, Daniel is totally addicted to being on the net and 'in the zone'.

Zoopy Ambassador
Kat is one of the new additions to Zoopy this year. She is the first face you see when arriving at Zoopy and the friendly voice you hear when calling Zoopy. “I love photography and fashion design and I love to travel. I hope to learn a lot and grow with the amazing company that is Zoopy.”

Milli makes the world go round at Zoopy HQ by keeping things good and clean and fresh tra la la! Thanks to her, we have a happy ecosystem filled with loads of tea, coffee, smiles and moral support.
