Dear diary
Oh my word! I cannot believe it would take such a long time before I could have my diary session again!
At last we are back to normal.......the renovations are done......the PC back in place and urs truly are getting a lot of attention. What is an extra bonus, my old lady received her Vodacom laptop today which means I do not have to leave my "comfort zone" and wander down the passage looking for attention because my old lady is doing all her work right next to me.
Must admit to one thing. All the "comotion" around me took me back to pulling out my feathers especially on my tummy. The old lady came up with this bright idea, she apparently got it from my African Grey book, to add Olive Oil on my bald patches on my tummy. Every day I am being threatened by my mom "Barney I am going to put some salad dressing on your tummy", well, I let her have it! I resort to sticking out my tongue to her.
The other morning I woke the old folks up with being vocal as normal but for the old lady I had the following "f@%&k you mommy! Oh my, she did not really deserve that but hey, the old man taught me that word a year ago and it got stuck into my memory and it just came out.
I am keeping an eye on the old lady with her "new toy".......mmm, the typing is a bit slower than usual but she has been showing a lot of patience.
I trust that I will be back on a more regular basis to keep you updated seeing that everything is now completed. I can see my dad is very relieved. Us men like things the way it is but let us give the ladies the credit, especially my aunt Charmeine, she has done a mighty good job for a girl.
Ciao from an average winter day in Durbs and if I do not see you through the week I will see you through the window! Have a splendiferous weekend!
