I can't believe it is already Saturday 6 September! Registrations opened this morning at 9 at the Eden Grove Complex and already two speakers registered. Both Henk Kleynhans (CEO Skyrove) and Ameyaw Debrah (Voices of Africa) arrived safely in Grahamstown. It is also the time to meet up with old friends like journalist Gervais Henrie. The DCI is also creating quite a media-hype with Grocott's Mail, ITWeb and others writing about the event.

Tonight is our opening party, we start at local pub Rat & Parrot with some snacks, drinks and a presentation by Toby Shapshak (editor of Stuff magazine). I'm glad to see everything running so smoothly: there is even time for this blog post!
