They wanted to provide their users with something exceptional. Something beyond the newspaper sports reader. Something to get the older rugby supporter online. So they:
- launched a Facebook feed
- started streaming audio and video to readers 3 years ago
- virtual replay application, which streams the last four replays of actual Rugby World Cup games
