ET Trial Questions Police Conduct

One of the officers who was working the scene of the Eugene Terre’Blanche murder on 3 April 2010 was questioned, as the second part of the trial continues at the High Court in Ventersdorp.

It is believed that the officer was not trained in the new Child Justice Act and violated the rights of the underage youth suspected in the murder.
