Lots and lots of varieties of wors, loads of different marinades for many different cuts of meats. The veggies do however, compliment all that juicy and aromatic meat very nicely indeed. Let's not fool ourselves, there's nothing as wonderful as a meat braai with pap and sous and/or a braaibroodjie!
Love veggie braais, the choice of food is endless and so much tastier than boring old wors.
Intersperse those peppers and onion with lovely cubed lamb, pork, and/or beef and the flavours will be AWESOME!
No ways, meats can be prepared in hundreds of ways, combined with veggies.
Ha ha ha, check out how that woman gets stumped when asked about whether the fire is good for the environment! She was caught out good and proper! Did you guys see that? Just check her happing bubbles and sidestepping the question. And not very well at that! Classic! Well done Boerseun, you really stumped her! ;-)
I also agree die is Sommer KAAK!
Naahhh, a braai 'aint a braai without VLEIS! This looks sommer kak!
Awesome Toni!
I can start to eat all over again and I've just had breakfast!
Women braaing..........now that is a healthy alternative in every sense of the word. :-)
it's so easy to have a really fantastic feast without causing harm! It's a bit sad that folks tend to get stuck in a rut of eating the same old, same old. Viva Veggies!

The veg braai looks stunning, especially with all the fresh, vibrant colours of the onion and pepppers. Braaied meat always looks so corpse like in colour. It just takes a bit of imagination and no-one gets hurt. I say "cheers" for this living braai. May all your braais be living this year.
