304 views Simon Grindrod from Cope (Congress of the People) tells us why we should vote and why we should take our vote seriously for the South African elections on 22 April 2009.
to answer your question ... COPE had nothing to do with it ... it was the ANC once again ... " What actually stood out for me was the Minister of Safety and Security, Charles Nqakula’s speech. He chose to address the 3 things that he was passionate about in the fight against crime, namely technology, performance monitoring and mobilising the people."
Does that help?
I would like to know something ... Lekota is now the COPE leader & if COPE win ... he will be the RSA president. A couple of years back, when the public cried out against crime ... Mbeki said we were complaining about nothing ... i seem to think the minister of Defence (correct me if i am wrong) ... Mosiua Lekota told the people complaining to pack their bags and leave RSA for Australia or to stop moaning about crime ... Why now at power, salary & elections time is it that all the Parties are saying crime is now an issue.
Have your say
