This page is used to inform website visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.

If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. The Personal Information that we collect is used for providing and improving the Service. We will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

The terms used in this Privacy Policy have the same meanings as in our Terms and Conditions, which is accessible at zoopy.com, unless otherwise defined in this Privacy Policy.

Information we collect about you from using our site

  • While on our site, we automatically log certain information about how you’re using our site. This information may include the URL that you just came from, your IP address (or a partially anonymized IP address), details about your browser, device, OS, or probable location, and the pages you visit while on our site.
  • When you visit our sites we will assign you a unique identifier so we can recognize you across different portions of our sites. You may have one or more of these, and they may persist between visits to our sites, so we can recognize you when you come back.
  • We may place a tracking mechanism, such as a pixel or web beacon, on pages or components of our site. This enables us to record in our server logs that a specific user id has visited a particular page. This data allows us to analyze and determine our audience’s behavioral characteristics, which helps us to optimize our site, advertisement placement, and marketing focus.

Information we receive from other sources

  • We may place a tracking mechanism on pages or components of some of our partners’ sites so that when you use services from our partners, we can record that a specific user ID visited that service. This helps us analyze our audience in a manner similar to when you visit our own site.
  • We allow our advertisers and partners to collect certain information when you visit our site by allowing them to place a tracking mechanism, such as cookies, pixels, beacons, Google AMP Client IDs, or other technologies to collect and use information about you during your visit to this and other websites in order to provide advertisements they feel you would like.
  • By utilizing or permitting these tracking mechanisms, we prevent our partners from fraudulently representing your internet activity, and we ensure that we are trustworthy to our partners and advertisers about accounting for the exchange of your personal information.
  • We have also engaged third-party companies to gather and process information about our users on our behalf, to help us improve our sites and find new members. These companies will combine our data about how you visit our websites with information that they have collected from outside our sites and provide it to us so that we can optimize your experience across our sites, across multiple devices, and based on your interests.

Cookies

Cookies are files with small amount of data that is commonly used an anonymous unique identifier. These are sent to your browser from the website that you visit and are stored on your computer’s hard drive.

Our website uses these “cookies” to collection information and to improve our Service. You have the option to either accept or refuse these cookies, and know when a cookie is being sent to your computer. If you choose to refuse our cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.

Advertising Audience Generation & Remarketing

Advertising platforms such as Facebook and Google have the concept of an audience, which is a group of people that come to a website over a period of time. Zoopy and our Marketing Partners can utilize audiences in various ways – to have the advertising platforms find people that are similar to the members of an audience, to show the members of an audience additional advertisements, to exclude members of an audience from additional advertisements, etc. Zoopy has a legitimate interest in these systems, since advertising would not be financially feasible without utilizing audience mechanisms.

Zoopy and third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and/or device identifiers to serve ads based on someone's past visits to our website. This is called remarketing, re-engagement which allows us to reach people who previously visited our website, and match them with the right message. You can opt out of Google's use of cookies or device identifiers by visiting Google's Ads Settings. Alternatively, you can opt out of a third-party vendor's use of cookies by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out page.

Advertising Audience Generation data is kept for 26 months.

Behavioral Tracking

Zoopy makes use of third-party behavioral tracking systems such as HotJar, Google Analytics, Amplitude and Optimizely. These systems allow us to observe how people use our websites and enable us to improve how they operate. We also use these systems to perform A/B testing of new features and site improvements.
