The JLab Go Air Pop earbuds are priced at just $25, which is incredibly cheap compared to just a few years ago. JLab is now offering durable listening gear at these low prices. The big question is: can such affordable earbuds actually perform well?
In our testing, we found the JLab Go Air Pop to be quite good overall, and unbeatable for the price.
For the cost, they sound impressive. The treble can be somewhat easy to distort, which makes it hard to praise the sound quality without reservation, but given the price, we are amazed at how good they are and can easily overlook this issue.
The design of the charging case wasn't particularly impressive. The built-in charging cable means you'll never forget it, but it also limits your options for cables and charging locations.
While the JLab Go Air Pop doesn't offer world-class sound, noise-cancelling, or other high-end features, we were very impressed with its reliable Bluetooth connectivity, excellent battery life, comfortable and lightweight earpieces, and solid music performance on the go.
