In this article, we’ve compiled authentic Aquavault Charge Card reviews as well as our own opinion to help you make an informed decision.
Key Takeaways
Rating:
4.5 /5
- The Aquavault ChargeCard is a portable power bank
- Sleek design meant to mimic a credit card
- Durable and reasonably priced
- Small charge capacity can be a downside
What Is the Aquavault Charge Card?
The ChargeCard is a small portable phone charger designed to keep your phone charged at all times. It uses ultra-fast charging technology and it is small and thin, so it’s easy to carry around.
The power bank looks like a credit card, so it’s a departure from the bulky power banks that came before it.
How Does the ChargeCard Work?
This ultra-thin credit card size phone charger works like any other power bank but comes with all the components you need. Its corners are rubber and when you pull them out. These reveal different charging cables you can plug into your phone.
All you need to do is select the right plug for the device you want to charge. Then it’s a matter of pulling it out, and plugging it in.
Typically, the card is good for one full charge on your phone. Of course, after that, it needs to be recharged.
You can recharge the card by using the built-in USB port on the side. Recharge it with a USB phone charger.
The cables are short, so the best way to use the card is to hold it against the back of your phone while it charges or set the devices down while they charge.
Aquavault ChargeCard Features
Below are the features of this product based on Aquavault Charge Card reviews and my personal experience.
Battery Boost
According to manufacturers, the ChargeCard can boost your phone’s battery up 30% to 100%. So, if your phone is on 0%, this small charge card should get it to full charge in less than 30 minutes.
The battery-boosting power will depend on the device you want to charge and how much juice your chargecard currently has.
Light and Portable
One of the most enticing benefits of this product is the size. Many power banks for on-the-go charging are heavy and bulky. They can weigh as much as 10 or 12 ounces.
For reference, all iPhones weigh less than 10 ounces, usually around seven ounces.
So, using other power banks is like carrying a second, heavier phone around. But the ChargeCard only weighs 3.5 ounces, so it’s super light, and you’ll forget you’re even carrying it!
Fits In Most Wallets
The card is 2.4 inches in height and 3.44 inches in width, which is almost the same as most credit cards.
It’s 0.25 inches thick, thicker than most cards, but incredibly thin for a power bank. So, it feels like a chunky credit card but still fits snugly in most wallets and clutches.
Fast Charging
The device can charge your phone super quickly. Many users report plugging their phone in on 0% and reaching a full charge in less than an hour.
Charging speeds will differ depending on the device. Many users report Androids charging faster than iPhones, but it also depends on the specific model.
The iPhone Plus models take much longer, as do the large Android devices. The bigger the phone, the longer it will wake to charge.
But the ChargeCard’s charging speed is comparable to some of the fastest phone chargers.
High Battery Capacity
It has a 2300mAh battery that charges your phone at 1.5A, which is quite impressive for the small, sleek design. As mentioned, this capacity should charge most smartphones to at least 70%, if not 100%.
While the battery capacity is excellent for its size, other models have a capacity of 15000mAh, meaning it’s more than six times the battery capacity but they are also bulkier.
Built-In Charging Cable
One of the most exciting features of the Aqua Vault Charge Card is the built-in interchangeable cables.
Most power banks require you to carry an extra cord to connect the power bank to your device. So, in addition to the bulky, heavy power bank, you also have to carry a cord around with you.
But the Aquavault has the cables built into the card, so you don’t have to carry extra components. The rubber corners of the card contain two different plugs for convenient charging.
Stainless Steel Design
Some power banks are made from plastic, so they can break easily and stop functioning. That’s not the case with the ChargeCard.
The gadget has that premium finish look and that’s because of the high-quality stainless steel design which makes the power bank super durable and long-lasting. You can keep the charger in your back pocket and sit down without worrying about bending or breaking it.
Still, it’s best not to risk damaging the device.
While it can withstand a few drops or sudden impacts, it might break if it’s not properly cared for.
Widely Compatible
This charger works with most smartphones, including iPhones and Androids.
It has USB-C, Micro USB, and Lightning charging cables built-in to the card, so you can charge different devices with one product.
Many power banks are only suited to one type of device. That’s not the case with this card.
You can help your friends charge their phones and power any devices you may carry with you, whether it’s an Android phone or an Apple tablet.
LED Power Indicators
A small but useful feature is the LED power indicator lights that tell you how much charge this credit card-sized device has.
You’ll see four small lights on the side of your cards.
No lights mean the charge is empty, one light means it’s low, and four means it’s fully charged. And two and three lights indicate a battery charge in the middle.
Some power banks leave you to guess how much charge they have left, but this phone charger makes it easy.
You’ll be able to monitor how much emergency battery power you have access to avoid any unwanted surprises when out-and-about.
Laser-Etched Finish
Along with the sleek and compact design that makes the product discreet to carry, the ChargeCard has a beautiful laser-etched finish.
The attractive pattern and logo on the outside make it look like a real credit card. That does a great job at adding to the discreteness.
It even has a fake little chip on the front to make it look like a genuine credit or debit card.
Three Color Options
The Aquavault ChargeCard is one of the few power banks that focuses on attractiveness as much as functionality.
You can choose from three colors: black, rose gold, and platinum. So, you have options to match your phone, wallet, or preferred aesthetic!
Pros and Cons of Aquavault Charge Card
Below are the pros and cons based on Aquavault ChargeCard reviews from real customers. Overall, it has positive reviews and ratings across many platforms, but there are some minor complaints.
Pros of Aquavault Charge Card
Below are the top pros of the Aquavault ChargeCard according to real users.
- Small and Lightweight.
The number one draw of this product is its small size and excellent portability, making it easy to keep your phone charged wherever you go. It’s easily the lightest power bank in the world, effectively replacing bulky chargers, so you can keep your phone charged more conveniently. - Fast Charges.
An emergency battery bank is useless if it takes hours to charge, as you may already be home by that point. Luckily, most users report the ChargeCard can charge your phone quickly, even faster than standard outlet chargers and that’s because it’s equipped with fast charge technology. - Reasonable Price.
While some ChargeCard reviews say the product is too expensive, most people agree that the price is reasonable for the quality you get. Quality charging banks can cost over $100, but many products cost much less. These models tend to be unreliable, prone to breaking or malfunctioning. In that context, the ChargeCard is an excellent choice if you’re looking for something that you can depend on. - Attractive and Discreet.
The power bank is high-performing, but it’s also attractive. Power banks can be an ugly accessory to carry around, but the Aquavault Charge Card is as discreet and sleek as a credit card. Its elegant laser-etched design adds an element of luxury and style to this functional tech product. - Durable.
As mentioned, the stainless design makes this power bank super durable and long-lasting. Power banks tend to break easily, but with the Aquavault ChargeCard, you have a product that can withstand a lot and should last you years of consistent use. - User-Friendly.
This charge card is extremely easy to use. The convenient built-in charge cables, lightweight construction, and simple design make the product intuitive. Given that, you don’t need complex instructions to understand how to use it.
Cons of Aquavault ChargeCard
No product is perfect, so the Charge Card has some downsides. Below are the most reported cons by real users.
- Short Charging Cords.
While the built-in charging cables are convenient, some users find them too short. That makes using your phone while it’s charging much trickier. The short cards force you to hold the card close to your phone. Still, most people don’t see this as an issue, especially given the fast charge. - Small Charge Capacity.
Aquavalt has a decent charge capacity for its size but it’s not amazing. You will not be able to charge your phone more than once, and you cannot charge multiple devices. So, if you want a super-powerful charging bank, you may want to look at alternative options. - Thicker Than Expected.
This card is impressively thin, but not thin enough for everyone. A credit card is 0.0299 inches thick, while this ultra-thin charger is 0.25 inches thick. These tiny numbers can be hard to comprehend, but when it comes to fitting the card in your slim wallet pocket, the difference is apparent.
ChargeCard Pricing
The official website has the price at $59.95 but they are currently running a promotion where you can save $10 on your purchase. They also have bundles where you can save more money when purchasing.
The bundles are:
- Buy 2 and save $25. The price is $74.90 and you can choose the color for both portable chargers.
- Buy 3 or more and save $50. This will cost you $99.85 for the three devices but you can add more and with each new addition the savings get bigger.
I’m not sure how long the $10 discount will last so if you’re interested click here to visit the official website to see for yourself if the promo is still active.
Online ChargeCard Reviews
While the ChargeCard may seem like an attractive option for a portable power bank, it’s important to consider the experiences of other users before making a purchase decision.

By looking at a range of reviews, you can get a more comprehensive view of the pros and cons of the ChargeCard and make an informed decision about whether it’s the right choice for your needs.
So, Is the ChargeCard Worth It?
Based on the many Aquavault Charge Card reviews online, the ChargeCard is well worth the price. But if you want serious power, it’s not the right choice.
It’s the perfect portable power bank if you need a little extra juice when you’re out and about. The Aquavault Charge Card could be just the extra battery power you need in an emergency!

FAQs
Yes, it’s real. The company that makes ChargeCard is Aquavault. They were even featured on Shark Tank.
ChargeCard is a battery power bank so there’s nothing to turn on or off. The small LEDs you see on the device are only there to show much juice is left in the battery.
You use the included USB cable to plug it into your PC or power brick from your smartphone charger.
